Participating in the uploading/downloading of Newsgroup content is user determined. "The Binary Network" and all affiliated individuals cannot be held responsible for the end-users decisions regarding content. In other words:
  • If you are scared = Dont Participate
  • If you like paying outrageous prices for nearly worthless content = Buy your shizzle
  • If you download and you enjoy = Support the Software Companys "BUY IT"
Dont come crying to ops about non-working software. Its not our fault (Insert elite group) screwed up and a release doesnt work.

What you do with the content on the NG is your business, but as far as we are concerned, it is strictly educational and for learning purposes. After all, you are PAYING to access the information.


Conditions of Use


The owners and operators of the bot do not condone, nor do they participate in the activities of posting or downloading from NG. This is simply provided as a service to others. Nothing can be downloaded directly through this site or the corresponding bot in the iRC channel. The owners can also not be held accountable for the actions of in the channel who wish to use the service. Think of this service like a gun; you can be safe with it and have fun, or you can use it to kill people. The decision is up to you.

As stated earlier this service is provided free of charge. As such, you will not complain if a feature is not implemented or executed just as you would like it. In other words, dont complain or you will be ignored from the bot or banned. Do not try and cheat. If you cheat long enough, you will be discovered and then perm-banned. Do not post repacks unless no other option is available. If you post and try to hide the fact that it is a repack, your points will be subtracted and possibly banned. Do not abuse the system. Do not change nicks often if you get banned or ignored from a previous nick. If found out, you will be banned. Be courteous to others and help if you can with questions. Learn english if possible to communicate with ops and users to the best of your ability. Do not use sentences like "Mine is version menus without Danish dohnuts in hotel day before last month". While this will not get you banned, it will cause people to laugh at you and not want to help you. Another incentive to learn english. Do not be hateful to other legitimate users of the channel and/or owners. If you can follow these simple rules, you will do fine here.
